Job Description:
                      We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to oversee our office day-to-day operations and act as the head of destination management for the locations managed by Wayfind Trip Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for the travel industry.
                      
                      Key Responsibilities:
                      
                          - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
 
                          - Act as the head of destination management, coordinating and overseeing all aspects of travel packages and services offered.
 
                          - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
 
                          - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling travel packages and promotional strategies.
 
                          - Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new product development and improvement of existing offerings.
 
                          - Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
 
                          - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
 
                          - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
 
                          - Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
 
                          - Train, mentor, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
 
                      
                      Preferred Qualifications:
                      
                          - Master Degree in Management from a Reputed university
 
                          - Experience in the travel and tourism industry.
 
                          - Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
 
                          - Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
